We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Refundable Items:

• Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items

Process: Email us at support@skinalia.store with your order number and reason. We will respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
